Overview
At PressHop®, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and reliably across the United Kingdom and the United States. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your products arrive safely.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Area
PressHop currently ships within the United Kingdom and the United States. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days for both the United Kingdom and the United States, depending on your location and the courier service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. PressHop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
